Service Description

This assessment provides an analysis of your firm's current business plan. If you don't have a formal business plan, do not worry. We will provide you with a short questionnaire that will let us know what your business plan is. After we receive your completed questionnaire we will input that data into our proprietary algorithms and formulas. The output of that data will provide us with a clear and concise snapshot of your current business plan. Some of the information provided in the output is: your projected revenue as a firm, and by each biller, and their contribution to the total. You will also see your firm's total direct costs, which includes your total costs for each biller and their profit margin and profit ratio. Next you will be able to see all your indirect costs in one place which includes your administrative and operational costs. Last, you will get to view the owner(s) take home and the profits leftover thereafter. From here, we will perform an assessment, together, and you can decide to make adjustments should you find it necessary. Ideally, this review and assessment will serve as a starting point for next steps. Those steps are adjusting your business plan with us, then routinely auditing the plan and make sure the projections are meeting the desired goals.
